Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Processor at University Title Agency. The Processor will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of real estate transactions, performing tasks such as reviewing and preparing legal documents, managing files, and coordinating with various stakeholders involved in the closing process. The position is based in Detroit, MI, with opportunities to work from home on a limited basis.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage documentation, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in reviewing and preparing accurate title and legal documents, as well as performing detailed file management tasks.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other relevant parties.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation or processes.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing processes is highly desirable.
• Adaptability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as title processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in real estate, business, or a related field are a plus.
