We are looking for a Busser & Food Runner to join our team and assist our kitchen and wait staff.
This is a part-time position - must be available for evenings and weekends.
Busser Responsibilities:
- Set and clean dining room tables before, during and after meal service. May also perform food runner responsibilities.
- Assists servers in their tasks
- Serves water as guests are seated
- Assists in carrying food trays to tables
- Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish washing area
- Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen
- Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items
- Cleans dining room areas
- Stocks servers' station with supplies
- Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specific places after each serving period
- Dusts chairs before and after meals
- Keeps ice bins and buckets filled
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, be flexible and dependable, and perform excellent customer service.
Salary: $13.00 per hour plus gratuity & tips when you are scheduled as a busser. $15.50 without gratuity when you are scheduled as a food runner.
