Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team at UOA in our Somerset, Avenel and Morganville NJ Rehab and Sports Excellence Centers!
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from various orthopaedic conditions. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing patient outcomes and promoting overall health.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through assessments and examinations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

The range for this role is typically determined by several factors, including the geography in which the selected candidate will be working, and alignment with qualifications and experience. Certain roles may also be eligible for additional compensation (bonus, etc) and/or benefits. In addition, full-time employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision and retirement plan.
