About JOGO Health

JOGO Health is a digital therapeutics company using surface electromyography (sEMG) biofeedback and neuroplasticity-based rehabilitation to help patients manage chronic conditions.

We are expanding our nationwide telehealth program and are seeking licensed Physical Therapists interested in providing remote sEMG biofeedback therapy for patients with migraine and chronic low back pain.

Therapists will use the JOGO sEMG Biofeedback system and standardized JOGO treatment protocols developed in collaboration with researchers at Harvard Medical School-affiliated institutions.

No Prior EMG Biofeedback Experience Required

JOGO Health will provide training and certification at NO COST to the therapist.

Selected therapists will receive comprehensive training in:

• Surface EMG (sEMG) biofeedback
• JOGO technology and remote patient monitoring
• JOGO migraine treatment protocol
• JOGO chronic low back pain protocol
• Electrode placement and muscle assessment
• Patient education and home exercise programs
• Telehealth delivery of EMG biofeedback
• Clinical documentation and treatment workflows

Upon successful completion of the training program, therapists will be JOGO-certified to provide sEMG biofeedback using JOGO protocols.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will:

• Conduct remote telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions
• Provide sEMG biofeedback therapy using the JOGO platform
• Treat patients with migraine and chronic low back pain
• Educate patients on muscle tension, relaxation, motor control, and neuromuscular retraining
• Guide patients through JOGO exercises and home treatment programs
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment according to established protocols
• Document treatment sessions in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with JOGO's clinical and medical teams when needed

Qualifications

Candidates must:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), or equivalent PT qualification
• Have an active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in any US state
• Be comfortable providing care through telehealth
• Have strong patient communication and education skills
• Be interested in innovative approaches to pain management, rehabilitation, and digital therapeutics

Previous EMG or biofeedback experience is NOT required.

JOGO will provide the necessary training and certification FREE of charge.

About the Treatment

JOGO uses wearable surface EMG sensors to allow patients and therapists to see muscle activity in real time. Patients learn to recognize abnormal muscle activation patterns and retrain those patterns through visual biofeedback and guided therapeutic exercises.

The goal is to help patients develop improved voluntary control of muscle activity and reinforce healthier neuromuscular patterns through repeated training.

Licensure Requirement

Applicants must currently hold an active PT license in at least one US state.

Therapists licensed in multiple states are strongly encouraged to apply.
