JOB TITLE:
Office Aide
JOB PURPOSE:
Part time position focused on identifying and processing incoming payments. May assist with additional accounting tasks, office system workflow items, clean up tasks both paper and electronic, or other office functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize various electronic systems, including but not limited to WyoCloud and Microsoft Office, to identify, track, and process bank account transactions.
SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
May assist with additional accounting tasks, office system workflow items, clean up tasks both paper and electronic, or other office functions such as filing, uploading, and walking on campus to deliver deposits or pickup supplies.
COMPETENCIES:
Accurate, Timely, Professional, Detail Oriented, Confidential, Computer Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Competent using multiple computer programs concurrently, Ability to maintain consistent schedule, Attention to Detail.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Attention to Detail, Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, Knowledge of WyoCloud software system, Ability to maintain consistent schedule, Business / Office / Cash Management / Accounting Experience.
