Qualifications

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including managing multiple deadlines and maintaining detailed, accurate files and databases.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with investigators, veterinary staff, administrators, and committee members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting policies, identifying compliance issues, and recommending practical solutions.
- Proficiency with office software and electronic systems used for compliance tracking, data entry, and report generation.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in animal science, biology, laboratory science, public health, or a related field; advanced training or certification in research compliance or animal care is a plus.
