- Utilizes independent judgement regarding development, implementation, promotion, and evaluation for one or more academic programs, initiatives, or events.
- Manages communication with internal and external partners to support maintenance of Affiliation Agreements
- Tracks status of Affiliation Agreements with partner institutions
- Identifies program, needs, contributes to the development of unit workflows, schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, events, and interviews. Specifically, tasked with:
- Schedules patient visits to the CSD clinic
- Maintains regular communication with students preparing for field/clinical placements and/or on field/clinical placements
- Coordinates program components and evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitates onboarding of students into field placements, including but not limited to vaccination status, site training requirements, substance testing requirements, etc.
- Oversees criminal background checks as required by clinical partners.
- May supervise the day-to-day activities of one or more academic programs and resolves issues exercising discretion to meet unit goals.
- Performs billing for services for the CSD clinic
- Manages placement database(s) (e.g, Exxat, CALIPSO), including setting up placement opportunities and assisting clinical instructors with database access.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Schedules logistics and secures or distributes resources for program meetings, department events, conferences, and travel
- Performs administrative tasks including telephone customer service, word processing, transcribing, filing, and calendaring
- Acts as the primary liaison for providers or programs and refers stakeholders to providers, agencies, patients, and staff
- Assists in coordinating the complex daily activities of providers or program(s) by entering information into databases, maintaining files and materials, and preparing reports
- Serves as the primary contact and subject matter expert for specified program policies and procedures
- Coordinates with senior management to define program goals and fiscal objectives
- Identifies opportunities for program improvements and makes recommendations to the appropriate entities
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient with Microsoft office products
- Experience with scheduling work
- Experience with billing
- Experience in academic operations
- Experience with academic operations platforms such as Workday, Exxat, or other similar software solutions
- Experience with customer/client support
