Job Summary: This position provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all physical aspects of residential facilities, to include custodial services, maintenance and repair, grounds, and vendor-managed services. The position ensures safe, well-maintained, clean, and welcoming residential environments that support student success, safety, and satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and four years of appropriate experience.
Position Qualifications: Management of a combined labor force where all facets of building maintenance, construction, and material handling are covered.
Preferred Qualifications: Background and experience in higher education
Salary: $59,329 - $71,195
