Position Information Position/Rank DOQ Department 00245 - Obstetrics and Gynecology City Salt Lake City, UT Track Track Dependent on Qualifications New Position to Begin Details The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah in partnership with Intermountain Primary Children’s Medical Center are seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric gynecologist committed to an academic career in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. Responsibilities include clinical care, as well as teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in the evaluation and treatment of pediatric and adolescent gynecologic and reproductive health concerns.Primary responsibilities include:
Required Skills and Abilities 1. Effective written and verbal communication skills 2. Maintenance of professional licensure and CME requirements 3. Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration Minimum Level of Preparation and Training 1. MD or DO, from an accredited institution 2. Board certified or board eligible in obstetrics/gynecology 3. Completion of a pediatric & adolescent gynecology fellowship 4. Completion of the ABOG focused practice designation in pediatric & adolescent gynecology if eligible (if not currently eligible, plan to sit for the exam when eligible in the future)
