This role is for 15-17 year olds looking to gain experience working with youth and/or grow into a counselor role in future summers.
Jr. Counselors ASSIST and SUPPORT counselors with teaching and carrying out activities and guiding campers in their personal growth and daily living skills.
Join us in furthering the mission of Club U Summer Day Camp through the delivery of summer program activities that are safe, fun, and appropriate to the campers’ age and abilities under the supervision of the Club U leadership team.
Responsibilities 1. Assist counselors in the supervision and behavior management of groups of campers ages 5-9.
2. Assist with and participate in activities such as field trips, swimming, sports, arts & crafts, and more.
Minimum Qualifications Preferences Experience and/or interest in working with youth ages 5-9 in an a high energy, outdoor setting.
