Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing, clinical Research, health sciences, or related field. Demonstrated teaching experience in pharmacology, pathophysiology, biomedical sciences, or health sciences.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP , EdD, DrPH, or related). Experience teaching research, epidemiology, population health, evidence-based practice, or community health in higher education. Record of scholarship (publications, presentations, grants, quality improvement initiatives). Experience with data analysis, program evaluation, or community-based participatory research. Experience integrating population health concepts into clinical education. Experience in simulation, case-based learning, or innovative pedagogy. Experience with Canvas or other LMS platforms. Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching.
