Position Description
| Primary Purpose and Essential Functions | The Assistant Director of Fieldwork and Accreditation provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and supervisory direction for fieldwork, student teaching, university supervision, and credentialing processes across Benerd College programs. Reporting to the Director of Field Experience, this position supports candidates from admission through credential recommendation, supervises and develops University Supervisors and mentor teachers, strengthens district partnerships, and ensures a rigorous, equitable, and student-centered fieldwork experience across undergraduate, credential program, and graduate programs. 1. | Hiring Range | $68,000 - $75.000 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
| Special Instructions | This is an in-person role, and the successful candidate must be willing to relocate within California, preferably within 25 miles of the Stockton Pacific campus. |
