Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Director of Human Resources Operations, located in Baltimore, MD. The role involves overseeing HR operations, developing and executing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and managing organizational planning and talent acquisition. The Executive Director will collaborate with leadership, lead employee engagement initiatives, and implement HR strategies aligned with the University's goals. They will also oversee benefits administration, labor relations, performance management, and training programs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Organizational Planning, Compensation,Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Development
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies, Procedures, and Regulatory Compliance
- Experience in Employee Engagement, Recognition, and Performance Management
- Strong Leadership, Communication, and Strategic Planning Skills
- Proficiency in HR Systems, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Data Analysis
- Ability to lead teams, foster inclusive practices, and drive organizational change
- A graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources with demonstrated expertise in compensation admin, job classification, recruitment or HR operations
- Proven experience in a leadeship role
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred
