Essential Functions
- Processes billing from College of Medicine ( COM ) core service centers.
- Tracks expenses and revenue for each core FOAPAL .
- Purchases equipment and supplies for core facilities.
- Advises on annual budgets for cores.
- Prepares utilization reports per core FOAPAL and reconciles accounts.
- Processes service and maintenance agreements for cores.
- Assists with travel for core personnel.
- Administers HR and payroll documents for core personnel.
- Tracks core operations using the infinity core management system and generates analytics of core usage and financials.
- Ensures invoices are issued and payments are received in a timely fashion.
- Tracks expenses and revenues for the DSS and Charles Baugh seminar funds.
- Processes reimbursements and honoraria to guest speakers.
- Monitors and reconciles Office of Research Education and Training ( ORET ) financials.
- Processes student personnel action forms.
- Reviews and approves graduate student payroll.
- Monitors submission of midterm and final grades by faculty.
- Prepares quarterly and annual reports of all financials under the Office of Research.
- Provides general administrative support to the Associate Dean for Research and the Assistant Director of ORET .
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime hours as required.
- Related duties as required.
