Administrative Assistant – Allied Health Pathway

The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Administrative Assistant. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Administrative Assistant will report to the Assistant Dean of the Allied Health Pathway and will have responsibility over communication, scheduling, records management, budgeting support, accreditation support activities, webpage maintenance, and coordination of meetings and events. They also will ensure the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Assistant Dean of the Allied Health Pathway in advancing the university's efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will maintain professionalism, confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication while supporting the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Allied Health Pathway.
