- Coordinate data and communication between OAFA and the School of Business to drive applications, yield, and enrollment.
- Plan and deliver recruitment events and Q&A sessions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to shape the first-year class.
- Serve as an academic liaison and admissions expert.
- Engage with prospective students, families, and advisors through multiple channels.
- Trained to read and render admissions decisions.
