What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at University of Pittsburgh?
Serves as a primary contact for faculty, staff, union, and students regarding all payroll actions and issues and provides support and guidance. Reviews and corrects record changes, payroll actions, employment forms, and payroll registers. Approves recruitment actions, requests, and reclassifications; onboards new and rehired faculty, staff, and students. Performs data entry and maintains all filing systems. Ensures accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
