The Transplant Research Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist with a bachelor's degree in an advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, or a related field. This position focuses on big data analytics, health equity, and the social determinants of health (SDOH) as they relate to financial barriers and access to organ transplantation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with transplant program leadership and play a key role in advancing the lab’s research agenda through rigorous data analysis, manuscript development, and dissemination of findings at national meetings. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment at the intersection of data science, clinical research, and transplant policy. The Research Scientist will contribute substantially to shaping data-driven strategies that inform equitable access to transplantation care.
