- The Welcome Desk Office Assistant position will be a year-round position that will include working through holidays when the University is closed.
- This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service to students and/or parents, answering telephones and responding to general inquiries in the housing email inbox for our multiple welcome desk locations.
- Additionally, this position calls for accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out and orientations.
- Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and well organized, as well as an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Position will be Monday through Friday, 4pm to Midnight.
- Work through holidays when the University is closed.
