This is work supervising custodial staff and building maintenance in accordance with the APPA cleaning standards.

Custodial Workers, Sr. Custodial Worker and OPS Custodial Workers as necessary.
Supervision Received
The supervisor reviews the incumbent's work for accuracy and to ensure instructions are being followed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.

This position requires a background check. In conjunction with the University's policy, this position may also require a credit check.
The holder of this position is designated as a Responsible Employee pursuant to their role under Title IX. Therefore, the incumbent must promptly report allegations of sexual misconduct, sexual violence, and child sexual abuse by or against any student, employee, contractor, or visitor to the Universitys Title IX Administrator or any divisional Title IX Coordinator

Job Function
- Supervises the cleaning of the University
- Conducts inspections
- Performs administrative duties
- Maintains supply inventory
- Supervises equipment maintenance
- Handles personnel matters
- Trash pickup and after-hour services.
- Special Events and event equipment maintenance
- Performs preventive maintenance of equipment for respective areas on the first working day of every month
- Special set-up requests
- Graduations
- Providing manpower during events
- Clean up after events
- Work orders
- Campus emergencies
- Coordinate work with other trades and departments as necessary
