o Responsibilities include an understanding and knowledge of university, college, school, and program level policies, procedures, documents, and manuals as they relate to academic affairs and student support.
o This position may collaborate with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, administrators and faculty within the schools to maintain placement operations; ensure timely and compliant completion of various academic affairs processes; develop and maintain an academic affairs policy and procedure manual; and generate academic affairs reports as needed.
o Experience executing academic affairs related policies and procedures.
o Experience navigating information system databases and utilizing database functionality to research data and perform queries.
o Excellent attention to detail.
o Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
o Ability to prioritize work tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize and adjust workload to handle multiple responsibilities.
o Strong initiative and ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
o Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact and discretion in dealing with a wide variety of administrators, faculty, staff and with student data.
