| Primary Purpose of Position | The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the physical upkeep, structural preservation, and operational readiness of all Parking and Transportation Services (PaTS) parking decks, surface lots, and infrastructure. The position will manage comprehensive facility maintenance, including asphalt repairs, structural maintenance, LED lighting upgrades, and elevator systems, by coordinating projects with engineers, Facilities Management, and external contractors. Additionally, this role oversees multi-year capital planning schedules and supervises the maintenance personnel team to ensure a clean, safe, and functional campus parking environment. |
