This recruitment is to fill two (2) positions #010107 & #010093 Position #010107 - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary. Position # 010093 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday with occasional evening and weekend hours required, as necessary. Mandatory Position This position is designated as 'mandatory' and, when contacted to report to work, its incumbent is expected to reach the building as expeditiously as possible using normal precautions as dictated by the adverse weather conditions. Primary Purpose of Position | This is an entry-level Facility Maintenance Technician at the Contributing level work, with a specialty in HVAC. Works in the inspection/repair of existing mechanical systems and building structures with primary emphasis on hydronic systems. Additionally, this position is expected to be able to perform all general maintenance work at the contributing level. This position may also be given the opportunity to perform/learn another trade discipline either at the contributing or journey level. Tasks may include maintenance, repair, placement, fabrication, installation, alteration, and construction of facility components in assigned shops. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position's role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
