The Equine Facility at UNH depends on Stable Crew members to help care for our herd of 30 horses. On-the-Job training is provided for all duties and advancement opportunities are available. 30-40 hrs. per week through the summer break.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Mucking Stalls and Paddocks
- Hauling and Stacking Hay
- Basic Horse Handling and Care
- Sweeping Floors and Cleaning Equipment
- Basic Herd Feeding Duties
- Summer facility maintenance
- Vehicle Driving Clearance and Operation
- Advanced Horse Handling and Grooming
- Advanced Herd Care and Basic Medical Care
- Leadership Opportunities for Tier 3 Staff Members.
- Some knowledge and experience working with horses helpful but not required.
- Horse handling experience.
