- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Healthcare, Social Science or related field.
- 2 years experience in healthcare and/or student services.
- Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word,Microsoft Outlook
Will consider additional related post high school education in lieu of required experience.
- Solid understanding of student academic issues/concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students and external constituents
- Demonstrated excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in teams
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Must maintain and respect confidentiality of information
- Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Healthcare, Social Science, or related field
- Experience in a university setting.
- Prior experience working with students.
- PeopleSoft
- Working knowledge of applicable University policies and procedures in student services setting preferred
