General Description
The purpose of this position is to assist with supervision of custodial services and daily operations of the department. Plan, develop, organize, and direct all aspects of custodial services.
Essential Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned areas
- Use Flowpath software to enter, assign, and complete work orders as needed.
- Train new custodial staff
- Inspect buildings and work areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance standards are met.
- Assist with employees’ schedules, attendance records, and coverage for absences.
- Maintain records, complete inspection reports, and communicate operational issues to supervisor.
- Assist with special events, after-hour emergencies, and deep cleaning projects.
- Clean carpet as needed.
- Performs supervisor duties in their absence.
