Nurse Clinician - Facial Plastics

Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery

The Nurse Clinician serves as a key point of contact for patients, providing expert clinical support and administrative coordination within the Facial Plastics service line. This role combines patient care, product administration, and inventory management to ensure a high-quality, patient-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Patient Communication:

Respond to individual patient inquiries via phone, email, in-person visits, and other communication platforms with professionalism and empathy.

* Clinical Procedures:

Independently perform approved procedures, including the administration of injectables and skin care treatments, in accordance with established protocols.

* Professional Development:

Maintain clinical competency and knowledge through ongoing education, including formal coursework, self-directed learning, and professional development activities.

* Product & Service Transactions:

Facilitate the delivery and documentation of facial plastic services and products (e.g., surgeries, procedures, cosmetic and medical). Ensure accurate financial distribution to relevant parties.

* Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain inventory of injectable fillers and neuromodulators (e.g., Botox). Make data-informed recommendations for restocking based on sales trends, marketing initiatives, and client interest.

* Performance & Process Optimization:

Collaborate within the team to refine policies and protocols that enhance patient outcomes and experience.

M-F: 8 am -5 pm

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired.

Two (2) years of RN experience in an area of specialization.

Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days

Salary Range: $75,275.20 to $85,000 Annually

Grade: PAT- RN4
