Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $18.87 - $26.50 hourly
Grade: GGS - 008

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Calendar Management
- Manage complex scheduling through Outlook, including prioritizing appointments and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate all meeting logistics including room reservations, technology, meals, and materials
- Communicate with attendees to ensure preparedness and availability
- Provide administrative support to the Medical Education Leadership team and committees
- Schedule meetings and distribute agendas and materials
- Take and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with special projects and ongoing initiatives
- Support faculty evaluation processes
- Assist with accreditation-related documentation and coordination
- Plan and support events and leadership activities
- Draft professional correspondence and prepare PowerPoint presentations
- Manage confidential communications and sensitive documents
- Arrange travel and process reimbursement reports
- Track expenses and provide general office support
