clinical/translational research. Clinical services are rendered at all Jackson Hospital locations: Jackson Holtz Children Hospital, Jackson South, and Jackson North.

Board Certified in Pediatrics
Neonatal Board Eligible Or Neonatal Experience Preferred

Reporting Relationship
In this role the Assistant Professor reports directly to the Division Chief
- Clinical duties will be as a Neonatal Attending in the Neonatal Services at all covering locations providing medical care for neonates in these units on a 24 hour 7 days per week rotational schedule.
- Provide antenatal consultation for high risk pregnancies
- Care and stabilization of infants in the delivery room
- Conduct daily rounds on patients in the different neonatal units
- Administrative duties within the division and the Newborn Service
- Teaching of residents, fellows and medical students
- The position also requires development and participation in original research either clinical or translational for which extramural funding should be sought.
Active Florida Medical License
Board Certified in Pediatrics
Neonatal Board Eligible Or Neonatal Experience Preferred
