Speech Language Pathologist Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer treatment programs for patients referred to our institution. The successful candidate will design programs to restore function, prevent disability, and promote maximum performance in adult-geriatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Administer speech language pathology treatment programs to restore function and prevent disability.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field required.
- ASHA certification in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
- Minimum one year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a hospital setting preferred.
- Competence in modified Barium swallow studies and FEES preferred.
- Current license or temporary license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Maryland.
- CPR (BLS) certification.

Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $51.50/hour
- Weekend shift differential: $3.25/hour
