Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Multitrade professionals across various projects.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily activities to optimize team productivity and project efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ten years of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrician or related construction experience, including knowledge of multiple trades to direct the work activities of personnel assigned to team.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a Multitrade environment.
- Strong knowledge of multiple trade disciplines and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
