The clinic is located on the Jewish Hospital medical campus with easy access to all specialties, Frazier Rehabilitation Center, Jewish and UofL Hospitals, and adjacent parking for patients and providers. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for providing and ensuring the highest quality patient-centered care for patients 18 years and up.
