The Main Desk Attendant will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the Department of Surgery. The individual will oversee the office's general administrative functions and activities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receives and relays telephone or other messages to faculty and staff
• Provides information regarding the operating unit when inquiry received
• Sorts incoming and outgoing mail, and assures prompt delivery to a designated recipient
• Receives and checks billing on merchandise and news deliveries
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
