The College of Medicine is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student worker to assist with website maintenance and support. This position provides hands-on experience working in a professional web environment and supporting the digital needs of faculty and staff across the College.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in updating and maintaining College of Medicine websites using WordPress, the designated content management system (CMS)Monitor and respond to web support tickets, providing timely assistance to faculty and staffAddress and help resolve website accessibility issues to ensure compliance with university and federal standardsCollaborate with the web team to maintain consistent and accurate content across websitesPerform other related duties as assigned
