Position Summary
The Research Associate Professor will provide strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination of community outreach and engagement efforts across the UI Cancer Center (UICC). This individual will serve as a key advisor to the UICC Director and as an advocate for community-focused initiatives within center-wide planning, decision-making, and scientific development.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Terminal degree required (PhD, MD, doctorate)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in discipline, including at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership in research and/or clinical area.
- Must have peer-reviewed funding and/or PI of Clinical Trials, as applicable for specialty/discipline.
- Eligible for Research Associate Professor rank in the College of Medicine
