Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for Facilities Management and other units in the OVCAS. Assist in batching, punching, and scanning of daily, weekly, and bi-weekly timecards as assigned in a timely and accurate manner. Work with other staff to determine need for payroll adjustments, complete said adjustments, and monitor their application. Comply with all Human Resources and University Payroll System policies and procedures. Prepare basic payroll and expense reports as well as other duties as assigned.

- Process the payroll for approximately 1,100 employees through batching, punching, and scanning of daily, weekly, and bi-weekly timecards.
- Prepare basic payroll and expense reports as needed
- Work with other staff to determine need for payroll adjustments, complete saic adjustments, and monitor their application
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred secondary degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in higher education institution preferred.
