Position Summary

The Graduate Hourly in the College of Dentistry's Office of Student and Diversity Affairs provides support for recruitment, programming, and general administrative functions. Working under the general supervision of assigned staff or faculty, the position assists with designated projects, reports, and operational tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for specific projects, reports and tasks related to recruitment and programming efforts
  • Provide administrative support
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from managers
  • Depending on programming and events, might have to work weekends or evenings
  • Performs related duties as assigned
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be enrolled as a graduate student at UIC, preferably enrolled at the School of Public Health, College of Social Work or College of Education.
