Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enters applications
- Assists in collecting supporting documentation from applicants
- Clerical support duties may include scanning, filing, copying, printing, binding, and make and return phone calls
- Sends email notifications
- Uses Excel spreadsheets
- Reviews eligibility for funding
- Other duties assigned related to the duties above
Requirements:
- Accept the Work-Study Award for the current school year
- Able to work up to 20 hours per week
- Enrolled at least 6 hours per semester
- Have a 2.0 or higher GPA
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Interest in reports, research, accounting and technical communication skills
- Basic knowledge of tax statements
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Reliable attendance
- Work with minimum supervision
- Self-starter
- Professional work ethic
