Department: Facilities Management Salary: $12.50 per hour
Description:
Assist in maintaining space inventory data and the construction document archives for Facilities Management. The student is expected to have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, construction plans, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse departmental personnel.

- Assists in physically surveying spaces and documenting measurements, signage status, capacity, and space code.
- Assists in drawing and editing AutoCAD drawings
- Updates Space Inventory data
- Assists in space data entry in Space Management software.
- Scan, organize, and maintain space survey documents and architectural and construction drawings physically and digitally.
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic computer skills, including AutoCAD, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
- Customer service oriented
- Willingness to learn
- Must possess proficient writing skills
Qualifications:
- Must be a current UHD student
- Must be eligible for Work-Study from the Office of Financial Aid
- Must be enrolled in at least six college credit hours
