Description:
Job Summary
The IT Project Coordinator assists the Project Management Office with managing the Enterprise Systems projects that are assigned to their developers and/or team.
Duties
- Follows up with developers on projects that are currently assigned to them
- Attends project meetings; creates meeting notes, specification documentation, and project plans for projects as necessary
- Creates documentation, providing updates to management and supervisors on the progress of various projects
- Performs administrative tasks as required

Qualifications
Required Education:
- Associate's degree or 60 hours of college course work
Required Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of related job experience
License/Certification:
- None Required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administration and project support is preferred

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of IT project workflows and project management processes
Skills:
- Good technical skills, including proficiency in PeopleSoft databases
- Strong multitasking and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Abilities:
- Ability to coordinate projects
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community
