Salary: $12.00/Hourly

Description

Duties:

• Performs administrative duties and supports Veteran Services events
• Serves as a resource to incoming students, parents, and guests by sharing information about the department and a variety of aspects of the UHD community
• Maintains confidentiality of student records and maintains appropriate relationships
• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Must have the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with staff, faculty, and students
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must be well organized, responsible, punctual, and a self-starter
• Must have good people skills and present a professional attitude and appearance
• Must have effective verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrates a willingness to provide excellent customer service daily

Qualifications:

• Must be a current UHD student with a 2.5 GPA or higher
Must be in good academic and disciplinary standing with the University
