Assistant Director - SSARE Program (UGA Posting #S15070P)
The Assistant Director of SSARE has the autonomous authority to manage three independent grant programs within the SSARE portfolio as well supervisory responsibilities of the SSARE office staff. Areas of responsibilities of the position includes:
- Manage SSARE Producer Grant, On-Farm Research Grant, and Graduate Student Grant Programs.
- Manage Projects Database for All Grant Programs.
- Maintain the Online Grants Management System.
- Represent and Promote SSARE at Local, Regional, and National Events.
- Supervisory responsibilities of SSARE office staff.
**This is a grant-funded position with continued employment based on the needs of the projects as well as available funding and satisfactory job performance and progress.**
