This role is central to our collaborative work across the University Registrar, Admissions, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, and the University Bursar. As the leader of a high‑volume, fast‑paced service unit, you will guide a team of OneStop Advisors who deliver integrated, student‑centric enrollment support through virtual, self‑service, and in‑person channels. You will oversee daily operations, elevate training and service quality, and help streamline access to UF’s full suite of enrollment services.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Management & Team Leadership
- Directly supervise OneStop advisors and manage day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to support high‑quality enrollment services.
- Monitor daily caseloads across phone systems, Gator360, and service queues to ensure service‑level expectations are met.
- Handle escalated cases and collaborate with core office leadership on matters requiring advanced expertise.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of OneStop advisors and student assistants.
- Ensure timely communication and training on policy or procedural updates affecting enrollment services.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director for OneStop Training to develop and refine training materials.
- Provide direct enrollment services to students, families, and other constituents via in‑person, online, and phone interactions.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to leadership
- Generate and maintain statistical reports to support strategic planning and decision‑making.
- Assist with presentations and workshops for prospective and current students and families.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong analytical, independent judgment, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven customer service excellence and professionalism when handling sensitive situations
- Experience with financial aid, registrar, admissions, billing, or student support services
- Proficiency in automated systems (Microsoft Office, email, administrative software); working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Gator360, and student records systems preferred
