Position Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible to monitor the software systems used to manage clinical placements, ensuring that both students and faculty comply with College of Health Professions (CHP) policies and clinical site requirements. Review and process all internal and external contracts initiated by the Dean’s Office, the Office of Finance & Business Operations, and other offices within CHP. Provide operational support for academic, student, and business affairs projects across the college, contributing to the successful execution of strategic goals and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Clinical Education Compliance will be responsible for:
- Clinical Placement Compliance Coordination – College of Health Professions (CHP)
- Coordinate and implement student clinical placements across CHP programs.
- Maintain secure and confidential records for students and adjunct faculty within CHP systems.
- Ensure clinical compliance by verifying uploaded documentation (e.g., health forms, background checks, drug screens) in secure online platforms.
- Monitor compliance systems and respond to automated alerts to ensure adherence to CHP policies and clinical site requirements; follow up with non-compliant individuals.
- Support academic leadership (deans and department chairs) in resolving student and faculty issues related to clinical placements.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports to clinical coordinators and directors of clinical education.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including reporting agencies, preceptors, and clinical sites, to address and resolve placement-related issues.
- Oversee clinical tracking systems (e.g., ACEMAPP, Typhon), managing site, preceptor, and schedule data under the guidance of the Assistant Dean, Department Chairs, and Clinical Coordinators.
- Maintain accurate student records, ensuring timely updates and uploads of rosters and placement data.
- Update clinical site information quarterly to reflect current placement venues.
- Process clinical placement requests submitted by department chairs, clinical coordinators, and external clinical partners.
- Contract Management and Processing:
- Review and process all contracts initiated by the Dean’s Office and the Finance/Business Operations Office.
- Initiate and process contracts using Dynamic Forms software or similar platforms.
- Upload and manage documentation, including Affiliation Agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and Vendor Contracts.
- Track the contract signature process to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain organized records by saving finalized contracts to the shared drive database.
- Monitor agreement expiration dates and proactively Initiate renewal communications with partner institutions at least one semester prior to contract expiration to ensure timely completion and uninterrupted partnerships
- Provide support to various academic, student, and business affairs within.
- Assisting with faculty onboarding and credentialing documentation.
- Supporting academic scheduling and course catalog updates.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of student orientation and engagement events.
- Managing documentation related to student clinical placements and compliance.
- Helping organize student recognition programs and awards.
- Assisting with procurement and vendor coordination for college events or resources.
- Preparing materials for internal audits or compliance reviews.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a healthcare related field OR a Bachelor’s degree with substantial, relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience with clinical tracking systems such as ACEMAPP, Typhon, or comparable platforms.
- Experience in managing clinical site data, including preceptor information and scheduling logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior legal and/or contract background experience.
- Prior experience as a compliance officer.
Physical Requirements
Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10pounds).
Work Environment
Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office.
Salary/Pay Information
commensurate with experience and qualifications
Anticipated Schedule
Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
