Salary: $55,000-$60,000, based on experience (paid weekly)

What You’ll Do As An SLP-CF
- Provide speech-language therapy to students with communication challenges.
- Conduct assessments and assist in developing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
- Work closely with a dedicated mentor who will guide and support you throughout your CFY.
- Deliver therapy in individual and group settings tailored to students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to ensure student success.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in AAC, articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, and social communication.
- Receive ongoing feedback, professional development, and support throughout your CFY!
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for a Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (required before start date).
- Passion for working in schools and supporting student communication development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with educators, students, and families.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and build confidence as a school-based SLP!
