Position Summary: The Subcontracts Specialist provides subcontract management support to the Materials Sector. This position is responsible for pre-award and post-award subcontract administration, including development of subcontract documents including modifications, cost analysis, processing invoices, and initiating subcontract closeouts. Reporting to the Subcontracts Manager in the Contracts and Grants Office, the Subcontracts Specialist will closely collaborate with Sector personnel and technical researchers to ensure efficient and compliant subcontract execution and management. - Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and a focus on superior customer service

- Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen
