This position will act as a resource to HR Service Center (HRSC) departments employing faculty, staff, and students. The Temporary HRSC Coordinator assists permanent HRSC Coordinators with personnel and payroll-related transactional work. Additionally, this position will collaborate with team members on assigned transaction related HRSC projects.

Responsibilities
What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Human Resources and Payroll Services:
- Complete a large number of HR and Payroll related transactions.
- Ensure compliance with University, State, and Federal rules.
- Build and maintain employment records using human resources management system (HCM) and maintain human resources-related data.
- Provide transactional and policy expertise related to I-9 & e-verify, background checks, etc.
- Proactively develop constructive and harmonious working relationships with HRSC departments.
- Meet quality standards for services, maintain a high level of professionalism in communications, and communicate with a wide variety of people across campus.
- Serve as a member of the HR team and participate as a representative of HR in internal and external events and groups as appropriate.
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- We anticipate this temporary assignment lasting through the end of October 2026.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
