Job Summary: | This position provides high-level professional support to the School of Medicine Dean's Office, serving the Senior Associate Dean (SAD) for Biomedical Research, the Senior Director for the Office of Research, and the Director for Space, Planning, and Facilities. The role operates with a high degree of independence, exercising sound judgment, critical thinking, and discretion while actively contributing to and occasionally leading projects on behalf of the Senior Associate Dean. The successful candidate must be comfortable learning and navigating new systems, adapting to changing priorities, and responding promptly to requests in a dynamic environment while ensuring alignment with CU and SOM policies and procedures.
This position is responsible for managing complex and dynamic executive calendars, coordinating travel logistics, and overseeing expense processes with accuracy and efficiency. Serving as a key point of contact, the role regularly interfaces with partners across the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, including the Chancellor's Office, School of Medicine leadership, academic departments, cores, centers, and institutes, as well as Facilities and Construction teams and affiliated hospital partners such as UCHealth (UCH) and Children's Hospital Colorado (CHCO).

Work Location: | Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of four (4) days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
