Job Summary: | The Division of Pediatric Surgery is recruiting for a full-time (1.0 FTE - 40 hours per week) Business Services open rank Professional to join the Pediatric Surgery administrative team.
The Business Services Professional in the Division of Pediatric Surgery will join the administrative team and be responsible for performing transactional-level functions across the division under the direction of the Division Administrative Director and Business Operations Manager. The position will work closely with faculty processing items such as Professional Development, Payroll, Contract Billing, Human Resources, Events and division level Research tracking. The Business Services Professional will also perform journal entries and payroll adjustments under the direction of leadership, provide project management support, and perform a variety of administrative functions as assigned.

Work Location: | Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
