Job Summary: |
This is a temporary position that is exempt from the sate classified system based on 100% funding from gifts, grants or auxiliaries. Positions have limited duration work assignments in accordance with university and campus policies and are not part of the regular staffing pattern for the organization. Appointments are limited to 9 months of continuous employment with a 4 month break OR 9 months of employment in any 12 month period. The Division of Rheumatology is seeking an organized, detail-oriented self-driven individual for a temporary, full-time position (40 hours/week, up to 9 months) to help the Division's administrative team in performing research and financial transactions related to our research and grants portfolio, as well as other administrative duties related to the operations of the division. This 1.0 FTE position is based at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora. This Temporary Research & Admin Support Staff position will be responsible for helping with sponsored projects, post award transactions, and administrative support, including but not limited to event coordinating and other office related duties. The successful candidate will be a productive member of the division and will have an opportunity to work with our faculty and staff. Key Responsibilities:

The hiring rate for this position has been established at $25-$30 / hour. The above salary rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. Temporary employees are only eligible for sick leave benefits. |
